S - Patient reports sudden onset of shoulder pain, with symptoms more frequent at night, especially when trying to find a sleeping position. Patient reports pain during sleep and that movements tend to aggravate symptoms.
O - Incomplete range of multidirectional movement is observed, both active and passive, with external rotation movement being more compromised, pain scale 7/10, preserved muscle strength and deficit of internal glenohumeral rotation.
A- According to reports and clinical evaluation, the condition is suggestive of frozen shoulder.
P- Joint mobilization exercises, muscle and capsule stretching are recommended 3 times a week with guidance on home activities.
