From what I’ve seen through training many people most people struggle with back pain because we sit longer than 4 to 5 hours, most people sit 8 to 12 hours a day. Now, when you’re sitting, it’ll tighten up your hips so you can absorb all the nutrients you’re ingesting properly and then from there your ankle started to get stiff which intern your knees are gonna hurt since they’re in between the ankles and the hips. This is why it’s important to stay fluent and not sedentary.
