Hervau Studio is a community for women who work or want to work remotely as virtual assistants, remote administrators, and program/project managers.
Much of my work has involved coordinating people, systems, and initiatives behind the scenes, turning complexity into something that actually works. Hervau is my independent practice focused on thoughtful, sustainable ways of working in complex environments (www.hervau.se). Hervau Studio is a shared space to learn, reflect, and grow together.
