š§ Self-leadership > SupervisionIf you canāt lead yourselfāespecially in solitudeāyouāll fail when itās time to lead others. Most tactical professionals spend the majority of their shift alone. Thatās where real leadership is forged.
š„ Violence is not evilāitās necessaryWe talked deeply about violence as a virtue. If you can't express boundaries through physicality, posture, tone, or consequencesāyouāre not virtuous, youāre vulnerable. This isnāt about being aggressive. Itās about being capable and in control. Helpless cops are dangerous.
š§ Training is psychologyThe Heroic 14 isnāt just bodyweight workouts. It's a mindset reframe:
- šļøāāļø Train at 70% if youāre rebuildingādonāt chase failure.
- š Log your food like financial receipts.
- š Go deep on your whyābecause fat loss alone wonāt carry you through 3Ā° mornings in your garage gym.
- āļø Stop white-knuckling. Hack your environment instead.
š§ Hydration, emotional regulation, and mental resilience are baked in. Weāre building systems, not relying on motivation.
š āBeing harmless isnāt a virtue. Being powerful, then choosing when to apply it is.ā

- ā Reflect on your mindset: Where do YOU need more structure?
- ā Be honest: Are you connected to the processā¦or just collecting programs?
