👊 Overview:
Participants commit to completing 100 repetitions of a chosen exercise every day throughout August. The challenge is scalable to all fitness levels and focuses on building discipline, endurance, and strength.
❔How It Works/Rules:
Choose Your Exercise: Select one exercise to complete 100 repetitions of each day. Options could include push-ups, squats, sit-ups, lunges.
Daily Commitment: Complete 100 reps daily. This can be done all at once or broken into sets throughout the day.
Track Your Progress: Post video of the work daily in Skool.
Share Your Journey: post updates, photos, or videos of their progress on social media using the hashtag #heroic100
🦾 Exercise Options:
Beginner: Bodyweight squats, knee push-ups, or sit-ups
Intermediate: Regular push-ups, lunges, or mountain climbers
Advanced: Pull-ups, burpees, or kettlebell swings
Group Support: Post video/pics in Skool and support each other in the challenge!
