This is surgery number….cant remember…lol
When you get kicked and have a surgery illness or other life altering events it is easy to say fuck it I’m done.
I’ve worked so hard and now none of it mattered.
That’s not the truth.
The work you did always matters. It will allow you rebuild faster and better than before.
caveat to that is that once you go through this you will not be the same person or athlete.
You’re different and need to come up with a different way to train in order to continue to seek growth.
Back to the basics back and time to build.
