Welcome to 2025!! 🎇
Praise the heavens we're still around to bring in the new year. On that note, what's one thing you're prioritizing from Day 1?
For me, it's "not sticking around, hoping things will improve when there's been minimal growth." It's a bit uncomfortable because I had a "let me park or settle here in the meantime" mentality that trapped me in a position that no longer aligned with my values and fearful to move on. I refuse to let that hold me back any longer.
I'm going for the gold and pursuing more than enough this year.
