Last night we had some real talk.
If 2025 is going to be the year we crush our goals, then we need to master one essential strategy: lead generation. Forget the fluff—if you’re not actively working on generating leads, you’re running your business on empty.
Here’s the breakdown of how to approach lead generation:
  • Set Your Goal. Start by deciding exactly how much money you want to make this month. Write it down. Now, take that number and divide it by the price of your product or service. For example, if your goal is $10,000 and your product is $500, you’ll need 20 sales.
  • Know Your Numbers. Look back at your past sales. If you had to reach 100 people to make 5 sales, then to hit your new target of 20 sales, you’ll need to reach 400 people. It’s just math, but knowing these numbers is the key to creating a clear plan.
  • Fix What’s Broken. If you’re not seeing sales, it’s time to check these three areas:
  • Your Hook: Are you saying the right things to grab your audience’s attention?
  • Your Offer: Is your product or service clearly valuable and priced appropriately?
  • Your Process: Are you making it easy for people to buy? Do you have a follow-up plan in place?
Lead generation isn’t magic—it’s strategy. When you understand the numbers and fix any roadblocks, you’re setting yourself up for consistent success.
