Stage 6 - The Rebuilding Stage of Transition
“This is where you begin again… but this time, with intention.” After the breaking… After the letting go… After the wilderness… You arrive here. Not fully whole yet… but no longer who you used to be. This is the Rebuilding Stage. And let me tell you something powerful…This stage is not about rushing. It’s about reconstructing your life with clarity, wisdom, and alignment. 🌿 What the Rebuilding Stage Looks Like This is where you begin to: ✨ Reconnect with yourself ✨ Rediscover what truly matters to you ✨ Rebuild your confidence piece by piece ✨ Establish new habits, boundaries, and beliefs ✨ Start walking in the direction of purpose—even if it feels unfamiliar You’re no longer surviving… You’re strategically starting over. 💭 But Let’s Be Real… Rebuilding can feel uncomfortable. Because now… You can’t go back. But you’re still growing into what’s next. You might question yourself: “Am I doing this right?” “Is this really who I am now?” “Can I trust this new version of me?” And the answer, Sis? Yes. Because this version of you… Has wisdom the old version didn’t. Has strength the old version hadn’t developed yet. Has faith that’s been tested and refined. 🔑 What You Must Remember in This Stage 💛 You are allowed to rebuild slowly 💛 You are allowed to try, fail, and adjust 💛 You are allowed to choose differently this time 💛 You are not starting from scratch—you’re starting from experience This is not a setback… This is a strategic setup for your next chapter. 🌻 A Gentle Reminder God doesn’t just restore… He rebuilds with purpose. What you’re creating now will be stronger, wiser, and more aligned than anything you’ve had before. So take your time. Be intentional. And trust the process. 🙏🏾 Prayer for the Rebuilding Stage Heavenly Father, Thank You for bringing me through every stage of this transition. Thank You for carrying me through the breaking, the letting go, and the wilderness moments when I didn’t understand what You were doing. Now, God, as I stand in this rebuilding season, I ask for Your guidance.

Stage 4 - The Wilderness Stage of Transition
There is a place in every transition that feels… quiet. Not peaceful quiet. But unfamiliar quiet. The noise of your old life has faded… But the clarity of your new life hasn’t fully arrived yet. THIS IS THE WILDERNESS STAGE. It’s the in-between. The space where you’ve left what was… But haven’t fully stepped into what will be. And if you’re honest… This stage can feel uncomfortable. You may feel: • Lost • Uncertain • Disconnected • Questioning everything But hear me clearly… The wilderness is not where you are forgotten. It’s where you are being formed. 🌿 WHAT HAPPENS IN THR WILDERNESS? This is where God begins to: ✨ Strip away old identities ✨ Break unhealthy attachments ✨ Strengthen your faith ✨ Teach you to trust Him without clarity In the wilderness, you don’t have the old titles to lean on. You don’t have the familiar routines to hide behind. All you have is… God. And that’s the point. 🔥 WHY THE WILDERNESS FEELS SO HARD Because it challenges your need for control. You can’t rush it. You can’t skip it. You can’t always explain it. The wilderness will stretch you emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. But it’s also where: 🌱 Your roots grow deeper 🌱 Your voice becomes clearer 🌱 Your strength is built in private 💛 A WORD FOR YOU IN THIS SEASON If you feel like you’re in the wilderness right now… You are not behind. You are not stuck. You are not forgotten. You are being prepared. There is purpose in this pause. There is clarity coming after this confusion. There is a version of you on the other side that is stronger, wiser, and more aligned than ever before. 🙏🏾 Prayer God, In this wilderness season, help me trust You when I don’t understand what You’re doing. Quiet my fears and strengthen my faith. Remind me that even here, I am being led, shaped, and prepared for what’s next. Give me peace in the process and confidence in Your plan. Amen. 💬 LET’S TALK Share one thing this season is teaching you. Sis… this isn’t the end of your story. This is just the place where God is writing your next chapter. ✨
Stage 4 - The Wilderness Stage of Transition
Stage 1-The Awareness Stage
This is the moment when something inside you starts whispering: “There has to be more than this…” You may not have the full plan yet. You may not even have the words for what you’re feeling. But you know. You know you’ve outgrown where you are. You know your spirit is restless. You know your current season no longer fits the woman you’re becoming. And here’s the truth… AWARENESS IS UNCOMFORTABLE ON PURPOSE. It disrupts your comfort zone. It challenges your identity. It makes you question everything you once felt certain about. BUT ITS ALSO SACRED. Because awareness is how God introduces you to YOUR NEXT CHAPTER. 💭 What Awareness Can Feel Like: - Feeling unfulfilled even though everything “looks good” on paper. - Losing passion for things you once loved. - Feeling disconnected from your environment or routine. - A deep inner pull toward something different—but unclear. - Increased sensitivity, reflection, and questioning. 🌿 What’s Really Happening: Sis, you’re not lost… YOU’RE BEING AWAKENED. Awareness is the stage where: - Your eyes are opened. - Your spirit is stirred. - Your old identity starts to loosen its grip. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF TRANSFORMATION. ✨ HNC (HER NEXT CHAPTER) Truth: Just because you see it doesn’t mean you have to solve it immediately. Awareness is not about rushing. It’s about recognizing. 📝 Reflection Questions: 1. What have I recently become aware of in my life that I can no longer ignore? 2. Where do I feel the most misaligned right now? 3. What is my spirit trying to tell me in this season? 4. What am I afraid might change if I fully acknowledge this awareness? 🙏🏾 Prayer: God, Thank You for opening my eyes, even when it feels uncomfortable. Give me the courage to sit in this awareness without fear. Help me trust that what I’m feeling is not confusion, but confirmation. Guide me gently into what’s next. Amen. 💬 Let’s Talk: Drop one word in the comments that describes what you’re becoming aware of in this season.

Stage 3-THE LETTING GO STAGE OF TRANSITION
There comes a moment in every transition where God gently whispers: “You can’t carry that into where I’m taking you.” And if we’re honest… this is the hardest stage. It was definitely hard for me because I’m one of those people who wants to bring everyone along for the ride. Because letting go doesn’t always feel like freedom. Sometimes it feels like loss. It’s releasing: – the version of you that felt safe – the relationships that no longer align – the identity you worked so hard to build – the plans that didn’t unfold the way you expected And even when you know it’s necessary… it still hurts. But here’s what I need you to understand, Sis: 🌱 Letting go is not failure. 🌱 Letting go is obedience. 🌱 Letting go is preparation. You are not losing your life… you are making room for your next chapter. God will never ask you to release something without already preparing something greater. But you can’t receive with closed hands. So this is your invitation: ✨ Release the need to control ✨ Release the fear of the unknown ✨ Release what no longer serves your growth ✨ Release who you had to be to survive And trust that who you are becoming is stronger, wiser, and more aligned with your purpose. This stage will stretch you. This stage will humble you. This stage will grow you. But it will also free you. Because on the other side of letting go… is becoming. 💭 Reflection Question: What is God asking you to release in this season? 👇 If this applies to you drop the word RELEASE in the comments. 🙏🏾 Prayer Heavenly Father, Thank You for being with me in this season of transition. Even when it feels uncomfortable… even when it feels uncertain… I know You are still guiding me. Lord, give me the strength to release what You are asking me to let go of. Help me to loosen my grip on the things, people, and identities that are no longer aligned with Your purpose for my life. Father, calm my fears about the unknown. Remind me that You are already in my next chapter. That nothing I release will ever compare to what You are preparing for me.
