Endurance Training is a four-part course designed to be completed in sequence so you build endurance safely and sustainably. I’m Kendall, and my coaching is shaped by my top CliftonStrengths—Developer, Positivity, Empathy, Includer, and Adaptability. That means I meet you where you are, adjust with your real life, and help you progress step by step with encouragement and care. We’ll build stamina, support recovery, and train smarter—without burnout.
