Let’s stir the pot a bit today… what are some of your likes and dislikes about the industry?? Could be the pay, could be scheduling, time away from home etc… let’s hear it!!!
I myself like being apart of a strong team. Also helps when you enjoy being around the people you work with. I am a firm believer that Building a strong team and a Company atmosphere that people enjoy being at is important. Keeping it fun while maintaining professionalism. What do guys and gals think? Let me know in the comments!
