Hi All! My name is Dana or Dani. I am 35 years old from Pittsburgh, PA. My big down fall was Covid and sport injuries. My highest weight was 285. Current weight 228, with a goal weight currently 150. I got the dreaded talk from my doctor of pre diabetic. I love the gym and pool. It’s my health therapy time as I call it. I am doing a Rollercoaster trip in October with some friends and I am excited to fit in the seats and hopefully not get the dreaded belt loop extended on the flight. The final goal is to do a 1/2 Marathon with some friends before 40.

If anyone wants an accountability partner I am all for it. I love to research fitness apps and devices and also planners.

My current stack is compounded Trizepatide (Mochi Health- only reason still with them is Dr and Nutrionist)
