This morning as I sat in silence, t heard the words THANKFUL!!! Since it was Thursday, I decided all day would be Thankful Thursday. Since it was the fifth day of the week and five is generally associated with change. I put my hands over my heart and slowly breathed in and out five times, focusing on the thought “ I am thankful”. Think about five things that you are grateful for now. Then take a deep breath. And expect a day of gratitude. Hope you complete the exercise and share if you like. Until the next time.
