This weekend, 13 beautiful souls gathered for our Ostara – Hearth Element Retreat to honour the Spring Equinox and reconnect with Mother Earth 🌍💚

Together we journeyed into our hearts, grounding into the Earth through ritual, silence, foraging, breathwork, and deeply nourishing plant-based food. We created despacho prayers for the land, worked with cacao as a sacred plant ally, and floated in hammocks during a healing shamanic sound journey. 🌸🔥🌿

It was a time of rooting down, rising up, and remembering who we are when we are truly centred.
