The HCC is a truly special community, I have seen it grow over the past months to the vibrant meeting place it is today. Including daily offerings, always guided with Heart Coherence meditation techniques, many amazing people come together from all over the world. Being part of the Heart Coherence group, and especially taking part in the 21-Day Heart Coherence Challenge, has been such a beautiful experience. Having the invitation to consciously come back to my heart space every day has been a wonderful reminder of how powerful this simple practice can be. I’ve loved the sense of connection, support and community that has grown through the challenge. Kyle is such a genuine, loving person. He creates a space where everyone feels welcomed and encouraged.

I met Kyle in Maui at a retreat. He graciously invited me into the men’s group on Tuesdays, even though I was not a part of the Skool group. Through these meetings and finding out about the 21 day Heart Coherence Challenge, I joined HCC. I was struggling in my personal life, and I was warmly accepted and supported by everyone here. I had been meaning to join the group and now that I did, I am so grateful. Don’t wait to get stuck in a bad place first, try this community.

I am taking part in a 21-day coherence challenge and have also joined the school as a member. It has helped me grow, deepen my coherence, and activate something within me on an even deeper level. As a spiritual teacher working from Spain with people in Sweden, I have long searched for teachers who could take me deeper. Here, I have found knowledge and tools that I can now carry forward and share with others. There is so much love, wisdom, and genuine presence here. Thank you

I heard from this comunity a couple of years ago , when Kyle and Lea started. But it was’nt untill this summer that I really had the opportunity to join. I have been listening to a lot diffrent chanels. But this comunity is love. I live in Sweden 6h time difference. So I am very often a sleep, wen you have buissy evenings🙂. But there is love been shared. I would love to grow this in the Nordiccountries. But i hope i will be able to take a course at Heart Math institute to become a teacher.
