This may look weird but it’s come to be one of the most delicious savory meals I enjoy and crave.
I Spiralize 3 long English cucumbers peeled
Then I put the ends of the cucumbers from spiralizing into the blender with the juice of a lemon, 2 heaping tbsp of daily green boost, 1 tbsp of hemp seeds and 1 tbsp of freshly ground chia seeds (I use a small electric coffee grinder).
Daily green boost is an acquired taste but once it’s acquired WOW it’s quite fantastic!
This is one of Raeki’s favorite meals as well.
And one of the best things about it besides being delicious and nutritious with minerals from DGB, it has a 1:1 ratio of omega fats which is really fabulous and has so many benefits in helping the body maintain homeostasis.
