Both women and men’s workouts. Use this post as well for accountability pics/motivation for the week so we don’t have too many posts going. For any new people, you post a picture when you’re done with each day for accountability. It can been either a selfie with the day number or on a piece of paper but don’t cheat yourself. Challenge yourself if you can go another round! No pain no gain. 😤 Remember you don’t HAVE to use these workouts but get up and move!! It still counts if you do your own workout as long as you’re pushing yourself as the workout intends to.
