My name is Michael Nugent, and I’m passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through fitness. As a personal trainer and online coach, I focus on creating sustainable habits, improving performance, and building long-term results without extreme diets or unrealistic methods.
With a background in competitive soccer, coaching qualifications, and a Diploma in Sport Development & Fitness, I bring both practical experience and education into my coaching approach. I’m also currently studying chiropractic to further expand my understanding of movement, recovery, and overall health.
I coach clients both in-person and online, helping people improve not only physically, but mentally through discipline, consistency, and accountability.
My mission is simple: help people build strength for life.
