Hey guys here's a quick chest workout for you
Starting with press ups either 3/4 or full depending on your ability. Moving into a plank for 30 seconds then add shoulder taps for 20 reps. Then lie on some cushions for support grab your weights and go for flies for 20 reps then chest press for 12 reps. Aim for a minimum of 3kg increase to 5kg when you can. Repeat 3 times
