For the next 7 days, notice and post one glimmer each day.
A glimmer is a small moment of safety, ease, or neutrality that your nervous system recognizes. These moments matter because your brain and nervous system are constantly scanning for cues of safety or threat.
When you intentionally notice glimmers, you’re training your nervous system to register safety alongside stress. This supports regulation, builds capacity, and over time increases flexibility in how your body responds. Nothing needs to change in the moment. Awareness alone is enough to begin shifting patterns.
This challenge is observation-based, not mindset work. You are not trying to feel better or force positivity. You are simply noticing what already exists.
Post one glimmer each day for 7 days. Reading and responding to others’ glimmers supports this process too.
