Where are you with the Sacred Healing Journey?
The Sacred Healing Journey is the place to begin for your grounding and setting boundaries. If this is an area where you already know you need some work - then yes - start with the Sacred Healing Journey. One audio each day. About fifteen minutes. Headphones if you have them, and some privacy if you can get it. If you are like me, over the years I started and quit various healing courses and programs without giving them the time needed to see if it was for me. I ask you to follow through, don't close the laptop or your device, give it and you a chance. This healing program is different on purpose. Plain language, start to finish. Finishing is the win today. Not doing it perfectly. Finishing. Ask you questions here. The support you are looking for is so close.
You really are your first client!
Every tool I teach, you practice on yourself first. Not because you're a guinea pig. It's because you are the proof. The grounding you want to offer to others has to hold your own worst day first. The releasing you want to guide someone through has to have moved your own grief first. The boundaries you want to teach have to have survived your own family 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁. This is how the old lineages trained. The healer's first patient was always the healer. Years on yourself before anyone laid on your table. The modern world flips it. Learn a technique Saturday, practice on strangers Monday. And then we wonder why so much healing work out there is so shallow. Here we keep the old order. You are your first client. Your own system is your first classroom. Every wound you move through yourself becomes a room you can guide someone else out of, because you know it from the inside. So when the work on yourself feels slow, reframe it. This is not the delay before your service. This 𝗶𝘀 your service, in its first and most honest form. What have you healed in yourself that you could now guide someone through? Name it. That is your curriculum forming.
Day 4 - focus on Commitment Statement
SUPPLEMENTAL POST · DAY 4 The Commitment Statement Why Writing It Changes Everything for Empaths I'm sharing this here because I went through so many blocks before getting to the point of understanding the power of writing it down with details and precision. It makes all the difference! Remember -- An affirmation is something you say. A commitment is something you decide. There is a gap between those two things that most people who carry a healing gift never cross. And that gap is where so much potential quietly disappears. When you write a commitment statement with your name on it, signed and dated, naming the specific practice you will do — not someday, but this month — you are creating a record of a decision. The nervous system registers that differently than a repeated phrase. Something in you knows the difference between a wish and a promise made to yourself in writing. Structure is what most sensitives resist. Somewhere along the way, they absorbed the idea that structure closes the gift down. I used to think this because I thought walking this path was meant to be solitary! I was in fear mostly of being seen. I learned that structure is what lets the gift move without you collapsing in the process. The journal question that follows the statement matters just as much. Where in my life have I felt the cost of untrained sensitivity? Sit with it honestly. Not as self-criticism. As clarity. What you find there becomes the real reason you keep the commitment. Not motivation borrowed from the outside. Understanding that comes from within. The kind that holds when things get difficult as they will. What I know after years of this work is that every sensitive person who made the shift from surviving their gift to working with it has one thing in common. There was a moment. It looked quiet from the outside. And with just a pen. A page. A name. But that moment was a door. And on the other side of it, things that felt impossible before — steadiness, discernment, the ability to help without losing yourself — began to become real.
When the noise gets too loud…
Sometimes you don’t need another teaching. You don’t need to figure anything out. You just need a way to quiet the noise and come back to yourself. That’s what makes the Sacred Healing Journey such a powerful tool for you. Giving yourself the time to go day by day, listen to the Sacred Healing Audios plus the sacred affirmations. Doing this, you begin to train yourself that you deserve the care and attention. The vessel is tended to. that's important for your work of personal healing. You can call it a spiritual reset. But the beauty is that it's not complicated rituals. You really don't need experience, just a promise to yourself that you deserve the care and tending for a few minutes each day. Just a simple place to begin. Let me know what day you're on and we'll talk more about it.

The first audio. Finishing is the win.
Today is the day to start the Sacred Healing Journey if you haven't started yet. If you started and stopped before completing - today is the day to start over One audio. About fifteen minutes. Headphones if you have them, privacy if you can get it. I want to say something before you press play. A lot of people in this community had started and quit every healing thing they ever tried. Courses, workshops, meditations. Something always felt too foreign, so they closed the laptop. I'm guilty of leaving lots of course on the digital bookshelf. This course - this one is different on purpose. Plain language, start to finish. You're guided with compassion and care for what you are doing at each step. AND - You are in charge the whole time. Finishing is the win today. Not doing it perfectly. Finishing. One audio. fifteen minutes.
