What started as a way to ease physical pain became a doorway into something much bigger. I’ve found that when I slow down, listen to my body, and create space for release, things begin to shift in ways I could never have forced through effort alone.
I’m still exploring this work and deepening my understanding of it, but I’m excited to start bringing more of it into this community.
Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing practices, reflections, experiments, and opportunities to explore alongside me. Not because I have all the answers, but because this work has had such a profound impact on my own healing journey that it feels too valuable not to share.
