Cancer Diagnosis Pt 2
One of the biggest shifts in my healing journey had nothing to do with food, supplements or treatments.
It was learning to trust myself.
When the cancer returned years after my first diagnosis, I realised something.
I still had a choice.
Not about the diagnosis.
But about who I trusted, what I believed, and the path I wanted to take.
I wasn’t willing to hand my power over just because someone had a title.
I wanted to understand.
To question.
To feel into what resonated.
Eventually I found an integrative doctor whose approach spoke my language. Alongside that, I spent a huge amount of time reconnecting with my own inner wisdom.
I learnt that when I was frightened, I’d race around looking for answers.
But when I slowed down enough to listen, the next step often became clear.
It wasn’t panic.
It was a deep knowing.
That knowing became one of the most important things I have ever rebuilt.
I’ve shared the full story—including the choices I made, what guided those choices, and how they changed the course of my life—in a new video over in the paid membership.
Whether or not your story is anything like mine, I hope this reminds you that your voice matters.
For years I’d forgotten how to hear mine.
Now it’s the first one I listen to.
