A little update on our community space...
Hi everyone, I wanted to share a quick update with you. I’m going to be taking a break from hosting our gatherings inside Skool for now, as I shift my focus into creating a series of more structured courses and teachings. This isn’t an ending — just a pause and a reorganization of how I offer this work. For now: - I won’t be running live sessions inside Skool - I’ll be moving into course creation and recorded teachings over the next while - I’ll share updates and future offerings through email and social media If you’ve been attending the live sessions or engaging quietly in the background, I truly appreciate you being here. 🌿 May 24 - Guided Meditation Replay 🌿
If you missed this morning’s live meditation, or you want to sit with it again, the replay is now available inside the Guided Meditation Classroom. “Coming Home Through the Breath” is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to fix anything to find peace… you just have to return to yourself. We used simple breath awareness + a calming breath pattern to support the nervous system, and then softened into stillness, presence, and self-connection. 🤍 You can return to it as many times as you need.

No experience needed. No perfect mindset required. Just you… as you are. We’ll soften the body, settle the nervous system, and create space to actually hear yourself again. ✨ LAST MINUTE MEDIUMSHIP CIRCLE — TONIGHT 6PM EST✨
I felt deeply pulled to create this today. This is not about being “perfect” or experienced. This is a space for people who are curious, sensitive, developing, practicing, doubting themselves, opening up spiritually, or simply wanting to learn to trust what they feel. So many people receive intuitive nudges, images, feelings, names, emotions, or messages… and then immediately talk themselves out of it. Tonight is about gently practicing in a safe space. 🌙 What to Expect - A grounding and opening meditation - A supportive and judgment-free environment - Practice giving and receiving messages - Learning to move past fear, ego, pressure, and perfectionism - Trusting what naturally comes through - Community and connection This is beginner-friendly and heart-centered. You do NOT need to call yourself a medium to join. Please keep cameras on if possible so we can create a connected and safe energetic space together. There is no pressure to perform. You are allowed to be learning here. Come with openness, curiosity, and compassion — for yourself and others. ✨ If you’ve been waiting for a sign to practice your gifts… this may be it.

Taurus New Moon Ceremony — Saturday, May 16 at 12PM EST 🌱
This New Moon carries a very different energy than the intensity of the recent Full Moons. The Taurus New Moon is quiet. Grounded. Slow. Intentional. Taurus is an earth sign connected to: 🌱 stability 🌱 self-worth 🌱 nourishment 🌱 abundance 🌱 the body 🌱 creating strong foundations This ceremony will not be about forcing clarity or trying to “figure everything out.” Instead, we’ll create space to slow down enough to actually listen. Together we’ll move through: ✨ gentle grounding movement ✨ breath + Earth Mudra (Prithvi Mudra) ✨ meditation + personal inner listening ✨ intention setting ✨ journaling + sharing This is less about “manifesting harder” and more about learning to trust what is quietly trying to emerge within you. And if nothing comes during the meditation? That’s okay too.
