​ Pause exactly where you are and notice these three things without overthinking it:
​See: One color that catches your eye right now.
​Feel: The texture of whatever your hands or feet are touching (fabric, a desk, the floor).
​Hear: The furthest away sound you can detect.
This shifts your brain out of "fight or flight" and back into your body vessel.
