Most people think the Shadow is a basement full of demons. In Shadow work, we see it as a vault of trapped light. When you suppressed your 'loudness' as a child to stay safe, you locked away your leadership. Today, we go into the vault to get it back. What is one 'strong' trait you were told to hide as a child?
