I'm stoked you're here :) Our goal is to help you unlock God's purpose for your life through intentional habits. More on that later... If you would like to stay in this community, please read the rest of this post! #NoFloaters Anyone who remains at Level 1 #floater status is eligible to be kicked out. We will clean up every few months so please engage with the community to level up to Level 2 if you'd like to stay! In case you don't know who we are or what we do: We help people bridge the gap between knowing about God and experiencing a life-transforming relationship with Him. The goal is to help you: - Fill the gap nothing in this world can fill - Build spiritual habits that stick - Experience peace, joy, love, and purpose - Gain control + stop drifting - Walk confidently in God's calling for your life - Live with intentionality instead of by accident If that sounds like something you'd be into, you're in the right place. Why should you listen to me? Well... I don't know everything. But I do know what it's like to search for purpose and come up empty...until I discovered the power of building intentional habits with God. Here's my story: 🙏 Grew up Catholic/Mormon – saw religion, rituals, and two-faced people more than a real relationship with God 🙏 Felt the gap – tried filling it with success, money, relationships, fitness, business... still felt empty 🙏 Found God personally – not through religion, but through spending real, intentional time with Him 🙏 Developed Habits on Purpose – a 66 Day habit formation program that uses behavioral science to help people build a lasting relationship with God 🙏 Became a Chief Habit Evangelist – now I help others break free from lukewarm faith, church hurt, and spiritual emptiness so they can experience God for themselves In this group, I'll give you a behind the scenes look at how to transform your spiritual walk through the power of intentional habits.
Introduction into who I am / How God has show up in my life
My name is Liz Jurado. I am from Long Island, NY (Bay Shore, NY). 1) Which type of person are you? - The Lukewarm – Been a Christian for years, but feel like you're on cruise control - Let me explain. When you don't have a Christian circle of influence, it's just you and God. Nothing wrong with that, but 99% of my time is spent in a household surrounded by unbelievers. Husband and children (late teens and young adults) who choose not to believe enough and get close. Regardless of my influence. When I try to share, I get told, "Please don't. That's your belief, and I respect your belief. Please respect mine. We are different people." - The Called – Want to increase your faith fitness and step into God's calling (business, ministry, passion project) - I have a purpose. I am an Overseer. Overseers want to bring peace from chaos. They are often drawn to solving problems that others weren’t patient enough to see through to the end and have a hard time saying "no," especially when they know exactly what to do. Overseers value relationships and tend to be the people on the team who "get it done." They are often the most expedient solution to a problem, which means they prefer to be in control. Overseers are deeply relational. This means they can move slowly in favor of getting everyone on board and ensuring that others are seen and involved. Overseers move toward decisions where they can meaningfully contribute. They excel in roles that require organization, reliability, and a steady hand to guide processes to completion. 2) What are you hoping to gain from this community? - A lot of insight, a circle of influence, support. 3) What's 1 habit you know you need to change? - I need to pick up my bible daily and connect with God more. While I'm at it, in a few short words, the way that God has shown up in my life is visible in the fact that I am above ground and not under. I am a Domestic Violence Survivor, and beyond that, I've survived abuse in different areas of my life, including marital (different from the domestic violence) and workplace abuse. My purpose stems from my experiences, as I have found my purpose through my pain. God turns what the enemy meant for evil into good.

Re-Up instead of Re-Do! ❤️‍🔥🙏🏻
Sometimes we feel like we need a re-do on our days. If someone were to ask you “on a scale of thumbs up 👍🏻 to thumbs down, 👎🏻 where did your day land?! What would you say? Once upon a time I’d give an average. Sometimes I’d say “I really just need a re-do.” However, God changed my perspective. Did you know God doesn’t make mediocre or bad days? It’s all in what we allow to steal our Joy. When you focus on the Joy of the Lord, nothing can give you a bad day. No situation, set back, storm or happening. “….The Joy of the Lord is my strength.” Neh 8:10 Believe me, I get It. I can come up with 20 different situations just within the last year that I could argue “yeah, but….” But, nothing. “The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy.” John 10:10 When you allow the Lord to walk you through whatever it is your facing possibly taking you away from focusing on the goodness and the graciousness of our Lord; “All things are possible in Christ.” Your day will flip. Your Joy will return and your opportunity to move on and forward will be right there. Every breath you take is another opportunity to move on and up and get that thumbs up you so need! So, I say, instead of needing a “re-do” just look to Father God and “re-up” on the gifts He’s already given you and grab ahold of the opportunity right in front of you to grow wiser, stronger, bolder, happier… “Because of your little faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”” Matthew‬ ‭17‬:‭20‬ ‭NASB2020‬‬ ❤️‍🔥🙏🏻❤️‍🔥
