You don't have to be religious to know Rest is important. But God intentionally set a Rest day into Creation not for Him but for us. It is crazy how studies thousands of years after the fact show how beneficial Rest days are!
So each week I'll post a verse here. A reflection of life. Stay off social media. Do no work. And try not buy anything either. Spend time in creation. Analogue activities. Learn a new skill. Live Free.
Romans 12.2 Do not conform to the patterns of this world, but ne transformed by the renewing of your mind ❤️🙌🏽
