Bargain bin jazz player
Who else is starting to feel like a cheezy jazz guitarist? I mean that in the most complimentary way, of course! I felt like a pretty solid swing rhythm player a month ago, but not even close to a jazz lead guy. Now, I'm starting to feel like I'm the worst jazz lead player in town. Give me another week and I'll be second worst. Two more months and I'll be out at jams gunning for a title!
In all seriousness this has been the wisest investment in my playing in a long time. So much fun!
