Failure
YOU are not a failure. You may have failed to make a chord change in time during a song. You may have failed to learn the notes on the neck after playing guitar casually for 25 years. You may have failed to hone your lead guitar chops. You may keep failing at playing your favorite solo.
YOU are not a failure on guitar because you failed one thing one time.
Don’t make it a catastrophe. It’s not the cardiac unit of a regional hospital. It’s a hobby, a passion, an art, a science.
Re-set your mind-set.
Perform a live autopsy on your playing. What went wrong? When? How? Why?
YOU are a success because you are pursuing a dream 98% of the population never will.
