Proverbs 27:17, from the Bible, states: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another". This proverb uses the metaphor of metalworking to illustrate how people can refine and strengthen one another through challenging interactions, honest conversations, and mutual accountability. Good friendships involve mutual growth, where individuals challenge each other to become better, even when the process might be uncomfortable or involve conflict.
Napoleon Hill, the author of the book "Think and Grow Rich" says that when two or minds meet they create a third mind.
This is for men to connect with other men, to talk about manly things, as well as things that affect all men; like society calling us toxic and trying to kill our masculinity.
