Welcome — We’re Glad You’re Here
First off, thank you for being here. Especially those of you who are joining us during this beginning stage! We’re building this community from the ground up, and that means you get to help shape what it becomes. Many of the people here are first responders, military members, veterans, spouses, and family members. To those who serve, have served, and to the families who support them—thank you. We know these careers can ask a lot of you and the people you love, and we’re proud to have you as part of this community. Guardian Labs was built around a simple idea: people deserve better information and a supportive place to learn, ask questions, and take an active role in becoming healthier, stronger versions of themselves. You do not need to be an expert to participate here. Ask the question you think everyone else already knows the answer to. Share something you’ve been researching. Tell us about your experiences—what worked, what didn’t, and what you learned along the way. If there’s something you want us to research or explain, tell us. Your questions help us know what resources to build next. Your experiences may help someone else asking the exact same questions. And your participation will help turn this from a collection of information into an actual community. We want this to be a place where we support each other in pursuing better health, more energy, greater strength, better recovery, longevity, and whatever becoming your best version of yourself looks like. So speak up. Participate. Ask questions. Share what you're learning. Challenge the conversation respectfully. And let us know what you need from us. We’re grateful you’re here, and we’re excited to build this with you. Classroom courses are under construction and being updated with new research and information! We appreciate your patience. Start here: Introduce yourself below. Tell us a little about who you are and one thing you're currently working toward with your health, fitness, or performance.

Quick question, once the peptides are reconstituted, do they need to be refrigerated?
