Seeking Advice: Simplifying the Process of Creating Roadmaps within Roadmaps in Keynotes/Canva

Hey folks, I'm in need of a bit of assistance here. I've been trying to create keynotes or canva templates in a specific style, but I'm not quite there yet.

I've been working on this rough draft where I'm outlining three action steps for a step in my roadmap. My aim is to do this for each of the steps, and then use screenshots of these as the images - sort of a roadmap inception, as Aaron likes to put it!

I'm not really an expert in this field, so I'm reaching out to see if any of you have some simple techniques or advice on how to make this happen. I'm all ears for your suggestions!
