Marketing Plan - Consultant Fee
I have been asked to prepare a sales strategy for a local health food store. I took the 9-step system, (see attached) combined with my OCM & Messaging experience to quickly develop a business building strategy that creates the framework for a yearly comms & messaging plan. Wow was that easy! Thanks Aaron!
I have 30+ years experience in launching corporate and federal agency enterprise eLearning and OCM programs, but working with a small business owner is a new fun venture for me. I would appreciate any pricing suggestions on just creating the comms/marketing plan. I would rather do a flat rate for the strategy, and then a set monthly fee for completing the deliverables.
This is a small business in a small market of 34K people. Hopefully this is the start of my new small business marketing service. Thanks in advance.
