Welcome to Growth Goals! ASC Mastery from Chicks Who Know Things!
Yes, ASC compliance, staffing, and financials can be dry. That's why we're here to make it clear, simple, and (dare I say) even a little fun! This is a space where surgeons, administrators, and practice leaders share what actually works when building and scaling ASC's, service lines, policies, patient flow, sales, staffing, financial models...you know, all the good stuff. Drop a comment and share your role, where you are based and your #1 ASC goal for the year! I’ll go first. We’re a mother–daughter ASC consulting duo who believe compliance and connection can actually be fun (yes, really). We build, refill, scale, and sell surgery centers and usually laugh while doing it. This year (2025) we’re on ASC build #2: one plastic/med spa hybrid and another plastic/split occupancy (pain or interventional cardiology in the pipeline). Plus, because we like to multitask, there’s a wellness clinic side hustle happening too. Our largest project so far was 30,000 sq. ft. with 4 ORs and 13 rooms. Our smallest? 1,900 sq. ft. with 1 OR and 3 rooms. Both are profitable and EBITDA-positive, because size doesn’t matter if you know how to run it.
