You cannot create a new habit unless you let go of the one that is holding you back.
Many of us want to improve.
We want better routines, better discipline, and better results.
But two things usually stop us.
First, we are comfortable with our old habits.
Even when they don’t serve us, they feel familiar.
Second, we become impatient.
We expect change overnight.
When the new habit doesn’t stick immediately…
we fall back into the old pattern.
Real change doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens one small decision at a time.
