We drink a smoothie most days- Its a great way to get your greens in!
Most days the recipe stays the same:
6-8oz Microgreens (Broccoli, Kale, Red Cabbage, or any combination of the three)
*Usually I just split a tray in half, most trays yield at least 12-16oz
1 Banana
6-8 Strawberries (depending on size)
I use the "Extract" setting on the Ninja which takes 75 seconds and really gets a smooth consistency even with the strawberry seeds.
I do this twice... unless one of the kiddos want one too- then I grab another tray & make more :)
