• Restaurant price per ounce: example $5.50
• Grocery price per 2 oz pack: example $4.50
• Farmers market price per 2 oz pack: example $6.00
• Your average yields per tray: pea, sunflower, radish, broccoli, etc...
• Chosen sales mix (in percentage): restaurant, grocery, markets, delivery
• Trays per channel and total
