How to Store Microgreens for Maximum Shelf Life
Keeping your microgreens fresh starts with how you handle them right after harvest.
  1. Harvest clean, dry microgreens. Do not rinse before storage.
  2. Store in airtight containers only, never breathable containers.
  3. Keep them cold in the fridge, ideally between 35°F and 38°F.
  4. Label your containers so you know exactly when they were packed.
Done right, you can get a solid 10to 14 days of freshness, which keeps customers coming back for more.
What is your go-to storage container for your microgreens?
