Book: Work the System
Had a 2025 goals discussion in our weekly call. One common topic was identifying and improving our systems for growing and others. It reminded me of a book (which I clearly need to re-read in 2025) that I thought I would share: "Work the System" by Sam Carpenter (link below)
"Fundamentally, every business is a system: a collection of processes that, together, reliably produces an intended result. The more you focus on improving your business systems, the better results you'll produce. It's that simple."
