Grateful for the Impact – One Video, One New Customer

I wanted to share something that really blew me away.

After hearing Tuesday’s speaker, I finally created a YouTube channel. I teamed up with a partner and put together a quick promo video for Douglas Electric to showcase their new location in Howard, NY.

A few days later, Aaron—the owner—called me and said someone saw the video and became a new customer. I honestly have no idea how it happened or how YouTube even works fully… but it worked. And that’s amazing.

It reminded me that sometimes things just fall into place for a reason. I'm really grateful to this group for the inspiration and encouragement. Thank you for giving me the space and confidence to help someone—and to be part of something bigger
