Water 600ml. Greek yoghurt blueberries and some peanut butter

40 mins walking on treadmill
Protien shake
Shower and body brushing and firming oil
This Afternoon / evening I will complete my 10000 steps
Complete Caroline Girvan iron workout
Will make a homemade beef curry as a Fri night treat
And hit my total of 3 litre water x
