It's been a week since I joined this group.
Honestly… respect to everyone here.
I usually wake up around 6:30–7:00 AM
That already felt “disciplined” to me before this
But 5AM?
Different game.
I’ve been trying to push myself there
Curious to learn from you all:
What actually helped you make the shift to 5AM?
Was it gradual or a straight jump?
And more importantly
What real changes did you notice after becoming consistent?
More focus?
Better routines?
Or just more time to think clearly before the world starts?
