One week into the 5AM club… reality check
It's been a week since I joined this group. Honestly… respect to everyone here. I usually wake up around 6:30–7:00 AM That already felt ā€œdisciplinedā€ to me before this But 5AM? Different game. I’ve been trying to push myself there Curious to learn from you all: What actually helped you make the shift to 5AM? Was it gradual or a straight jump? And more importantly What real changes did you notice after becoming consistent? More focus? Better routines? Or just more time to think clearly before the world starts? Would love to hear your experience
What changed everything for you?
Most immigrants don’t wake up early for motivation. We wake up early because we have to. Different country. Different pressure. Different goals. But everyone has that one moment… when things got real. What was yours? Curious to know Would love to connect with similar-minded people

@Navjot Bindra Hey Navjot, thanks for getting back to me! Could you share the link to the mastermind? I’d love to learn more about it.
Building a Life From Scratch in a New Country
Hi everyone, Bhavesh here. I moved to Canada a few years ago as a student, just like many of you. When I first arrived, life was simple. A small basement room, figuring out work and studies, learning how things work in a new country, and trying to build a future from scratch. One thing that slowly changed my life was building a morning routine. I started waking up early, going for a run, working out, reading, and planning my day. Those quiet mornings became the only time where life felt under control. No noise, no rush, just progress. Over time those small mornings compounded. My mindset changed, new opportunities opened up, and my career path shifted. Today I’m building my career in real estate in the GTA, but honestly the biggest shift came from the discipline those early mornings created. Happy to be part of this community and learn from others who are also building their lives here. Curious to hear everyone’s story here.
