- Whisper or think “🤗,” sending peace, love, and light to yourself.
- Feel the connected energy steady as it protects you in return.
3. Seal & Step Forward (3–5 sec)
- Exhale slowly, visualizing a soft, glowing shield of light around you.
- Step into your next action grounded, calm, and confident.
4. Mantra (optional, under your breath)
“I am calm. I am protected. Love surrounds me. I walk forward with peace, love, light, and strength.”
5. Bonus Intention
- Repeat whenever you feel tension or blame.
- Know that you are supported, and no one’s energy can shake your integrity.
