Hello Gounded people
Sharing some things about myself:
I’m from Melbourne. I work on grounding myself through breath and mediation every day. I’ve recently become more curious after receiving a diagnosis of Autism. The diagnosis has lead me to an increased understanding of anxiety and how often I feel it. I’m working on how to recognise when I am anxious more often so that I can seek calmness. In this group I hope to share my progress.
