Astin Wangel- Brown is a relational psychotherapist and coach who believes in the transformative self work just one partner can do to save a good relationship that's hit an impasse.
Astin believes that if there are more of us becoming relationally self-aware, responsible and creative in our most intimate connections, more of us will be equipped to participate more productively in the essential relational work of larger social issues. Astin says, it's true for personal liberation and collective: none of us are free until the last of us is free. GLC is a judgement free, play-centered, self growth community and practice space for individuals in partnership, partnership curious or reflecting on partnership.
