The 5 Golden Rules for Posting
Community Guidelines for Growth & Excellence Our Core Philosophy We're here to build, grow, and win together. Every interaction should move us forward. The 5 Golden Rules 1. Make It Actionable - Feedback without a next step is just noise - Every critique must include: "Here's what I'd try instead..." - Share specific tactics, not vague observations - If you spot a problem, bring a solution 2. Amplify, Don't Diminish - Celebrate wins publicly and loudly - Build on ideas rather than shooting them down - Start with what's working before suggesting improvements - Default to "Yes, and..." thinking 3. Progress Over Perfection - Ship it, test it, improve it—in that order - Share your messy middle, not just polished results - Failed campaigns teach more than theory - Document what didn't work so others can leap ahead 4. Give Value First - Drop knowledge before asking questions - Share your best stuff, not your scraps - Answer at least one question before posting your own - Think: "How does this help someone make money or save time?" 5. Enjoy the Grind - Marketing is a game—play it with energy - Share the fun failures and weird experiments - Bring personality to every post - Remember: we chose this chaos and we love it What Gets You Kicked - Vague negativity without solutions - Self-promotion without providing value first - Asking questions you could Google - Being a ghost (lurking without contributing) What Makes You a Legend - Sharing campaigns with real numbers - Giving detailed breakdowns of what worked/didn't - Celebrating others' wins - Testing wild ideas and reporting back
East Carolina Boxing
Another win under our belts ! Had only one fight for the amateur event but our boxer JJ has now boosted his record to 3-0 , without a single one going the distance. The lesson from this event : Prepare how you want to perform. JJ had a rematch with the guy from his first bout. This guy came to box this time, showing he had put the hours in. However, JJ put just as much if not more, preparing consistently and not letting up just cause he beat this guy once.
