Hello everyone, My name is Chris Dorman I own a self defense training center in Schaumburg IL, where we teach Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, knife and defensive firearms training. I'm looking to improve my wrestling so I can have a stronger grappling game for jiu jitsu competitions and also help my students improve their game as well.
