Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20), and what we put into them really does matter. 🌿 These days, it feels like everything is packed with hidden ingredients, preservatives, or chemicals — and with fast food being advertised everywhere, it can feel overwhelming to truly eat clean. 🍔➡️🥗
Recently, I’ve been focusing more on reading ingredient labels when I shop, and it’s been eye-opening! So many of the foods I thought were “not bad” for me were actually full of things that aren’t nourishing at all. 😳 Choosing better options has reminded me that honoring God with my body is also about what I choose to feed it.
👉 Today’s Check-In Question: What’s one small change you can make this week to nourish your body better — whether it’s food, water, rest, or movement? 🌸
✨ For me, I’ve started really paying attention to ingredient labels. It’s been surprising (and honestly a little frustrating) to see how many foods advertised as “healthy” or “not bad” are actually full of things that aren’t good for us. This has made me much more mindful about what I’m putting into my body, and I already feel more peace knowing I’m taking steps to honor God with my health. 💪🌿
